@Desperatewinds Ahh, this may be linked to a device temp ban. But I am not 100% certain. It certainly won’t be perma, so hopefully tomorrow it works no issues. Have you tried another account?
@Desperatewinds From my experience that is a device ban, a temporary one but enough to prevent purchase for the day of the drop. Try switching devices OR clear cache log out and delete app and reinstall and try again!
@26_Anita_ Hey! Great question, to my knowledge it’s more limited to where it can ship. I believe TikTok shop you should have no issue, on PopMart itself it would be through the region you are in and signed in on. I don’t have a full answer but worth noting you have options outside PopMart
@countedcrimes It’s a tough one, but I wouldn’t do it with 10 seconds, you’d risk getting banned for frequent actions, I’d spam around the 3 second mark
@j0hnnyln You referring to the Blind Boxes? If so, these are tougher to get, almost instantly gone vs Pop Now. I would say always cart before the drop, and if the cart does not clear, immediately at drop time go to checkout. This is how I got last drop to be a W
@countedcrimes Typically a when it’s a device issue, which is what I’ve gotten, it prevents checkout. I believe this is an IP problem. Did you log into a new account?
