@MichelleS_MUN I completely agree, being put in the position to help and talk to people really helps our self-confidence grow. It is sad that not everyone has a positive self-concept. But, hopefully from tips from different people we can help everyone out. #HKR1000

The class average for physical wellness is 95.46%. I think it is amazing that even though we are all busy with university, we still manage to keep our bodies healthy. It is good that we can maintain our physical wellness, really has a big impact on our lives. #HKR1000
