vlad was not at fault in this, he was just walking down the street when he got cat called, then assaulted because the man was upset.

@Tailzfuzion @lonkuo @atheos__24 @VladNcl read what you wrote but use the commas as a pause in the sentence, think of them as a half way to a period.
they are used in lists, eg: i need eggs, milk, bread and coffee
or as a continuation of a sentence: “i really need to go, I’ll see you later”, and a few more ways.
