@oranj0x @Mileinnials A lot of laws in the US actually give the driver right of way here. There is no defined crosswalk, the attention for the driver should be the other direction. Once stopped before any crossing(marked or unmarked), they are allowed to move forward to see more clearly for safety.

There is no registration for any form of service animal, including ESAs. I train service dogs for a living. If I had to register each one I have came across, well over 100 registries per year.
