From Oct 10th to Nov 11th we saw an average gain of 3.60 lbs for our HS players.

In Sept the Director of Sports Nutrition at ISU, Chris Carter, presented to our families on the importance of nutrition, proper supplements & example meal plans.

Congrats to ‘24 OF Nate McBroom on his commitment to Triton College!

Nate continues to get bigger and stronger and has brought his 60 time down to around 7.00 and his arm to the mid 80’s from the OF.

Had privilege of having Chris Carter, Director of Sports Nutrition at ISU & also K’s Academy, hold 1 1/2 hour nutrition education zoom for our 14u-17u families.

Had over 160 players on the zoom educating themselves on becoming a better ball player.
