Here’s a portion of the letter, written from Joe Exotic to Burrow:

@KDPomp @spurs8637 I am baffled as well. Tell me how Penn State gets a 10 seed when they have beaten Illinois 3 times Indiana twice and Maryland as well but they were lower than all them. Then went toe to toe against Purdue a 1 seed in the big ten finals.
