@CBSSunday @Pogue This segment was off base and disingenuous. The focus should have been on college students earning a degree in an unmarketable field and universities who provide “degrees” in areas for which there is no demand. The job market is hot right now for new grads in desired fields.

@SouthwestAir Chicago Midway international arrivals nightmare at luggage claim. Checked bags offloaded to baggage claim in wrong order compared to passenger offloads from planes - huge back-up at CBP bag claim.

@SouthwestAir Appreciate the response, but the root cause was the 1st luggage offloaded to the carousel was for the 2nd group of passengers that went through CBP. Caused a complete backup of the 1st flight passengers that got through CBP well, then stood around for an hour waiting for bags.
