The American Camp Association 🏕awarded Monica for her Camp Counselor Burnout Scale, which is a self-report questionnaire measuring burnout among #camp counselors at overnight camps.
To be effective, programs must resonate with what matters to the #mentees. They require a high level of personal commitment and engagement. A one-size-fits-all approach to programs, no matter how effective, are at odds with the varying motivational landscapes of #youth.
