Thread of issues For Rent has that make it unbearable to play:
1. Inventory wiping.
Editing Residential Rentals through Manage Worlds WITHOUT specifying a unit, edits the shared space + every unit, then the game loses track of inventory ids. Every storage item is destroyed.
