@FirstNorwich happy, helpful and friendly driver on the 14 going towards wymondham. Makes a change from the grumpy ones.

[kaylee @Rhodini24]

@Morrisons please let me know of the email to write a complaint to.

[kaylee @Rhodini24]

@nparkandride no response. Wow! And as always, the service was terrible today!

[kaylee @Rhodini24]

@greateranglia you guys seem to look after customer for being late. Unlike @nparkandride ! #terrible #Norwich #tfl

[kaylee @Rhodini24]

@nparkandride @EDP24 (2) no notifications of cancellations for the evening. It's unacceptable! The worst bus service in Norwich!

[kaylee @Rhodini24]

@nparkandride @EDP24 (1) park and ride have been absolutely terrible this week. Excuses of lack of buses, buses not turning up,

[kaylee @Rhodini24]

@nparkandride I expect compensation for the lateness today!!!!!! Late for work, late for plans. This is useless!

[kaylee @Rhodini24]

@nparkandride let me guess? Bus drivers wanted a break? No management!? Terrible service as always?!

[kaylee @Rhodini24]

@nparkandride no notification about later buses and they simply just don't turn up! Absolutely useless!!!!

[kaylee @Rhodini24]

@nparkandride this is absolutely ridiculous! Late for work because of this! Late for evening plans, again because of this!

[kaylee @Rhodini24]

@nparkandride 7pm??????????? Not impressed at all! This happens all the time and it is no longer acceptable!!!

[kaylee @Rhodini24]
