@graham669 @JJ_Brownbridge @hines_tuffin Yip don't seem to be telling people that they are better off going onto the standard variable tarrif on price cap rates when their current fixes end π x
@Mickblues47 That might be for one of their more expensive fix rate tarrifs. If you just don't sign up to it you will go onto the standered variable tariff which is the price cap rates π x
@Thepoorlives It's a shame the amount of folk that must have signed up to these fixes because there is no mention of the variable rate what so ever π x
@Hannahwinterxo@ScottishPower Hi that's not the usage in money, if you press the Β£ sign on the left you will eventually see a Β£ sign or the word pence depending on how much you have used π x
@miles_fran@ScottishPower You're welcome π. No it won't keep rolling, once your fix ends you will automatically just go on to the capped price standered tarrif. The only way you'd go onto a fix again is if you sign up to a new one which are way more expensive at the moment x
@deangilchrist87 @Kevrollie @shona_glass@homer_laura@MartinSLewis@ScottishPower When your fix ends you will automatically go on to the standered variable tariff with capped rates, don't let them talk you into a fix and yip by the looks of it they are over estimating peoples bills. I'm thinking of cancelling dd and paying what I use each month π x
