It is the rule, and the rule applies not to just pro football it applies all the way through junior & amateur football. officials are very strict on it.Hence, why you see players either bending their runs or taking the throwing 5 yards further back

You've got to be looking to play on the front foot

@Colin31811439 @bullbuchanan @DensParkChoir Yeah fucking dominating, absolutely there rock bottom for a reason, and yet we've walked away with a 1 - 3 victory, But make no mistake about we had 24% possession the whole game, and that's been the BIG part of the problem that we've found ourselves in majority of the season.

@smithy1893 @DundeeFC I think he's there to stay now. A bit like the way Cameron and Mulligan were, and imo he's only going to grow stronger and into an absolute unit of a player. But Dundee won't see the best of him tho as I suspect he'll end up moving on in the next year or 2.
