Lmao this except I've finally allowed myself to not panic and just do the [basic] math as slowly as I need to (obviously not possible in a classroom setting). Higher math, hell yeah to this lol.
I can't remember what museum it was, but in the past, I went to a museum that had buckets of different weights representing how heavy buckets of water would feel to carry at increasing levels of starvation, representing this exact scene.
Everyone felt sad for the penguin walking alone and the monkey rejected by his mother. But this video is far more heartbreaking, yet it didn’t receive the same attention.
Needless to say, as your starvation level increased, the buckets started feeling REALLY EFFING heavy. This is what happens in all genocides (as the museum's exhibit portrayed.)
Also, I'm officially going to see @chrissychlapp as my first true Pride activity of the year!!! ✨🌈🎤 And seeing a friend Miss Visa D'cline performing as an opener 😭🙏🏻🥰
