@Outlook My initial comment was to highlight the humorous irony of emails from Microsoft being automatically classified as junk by a Microsoft email service. Unless I add these to the safe senders list they might again be classified as junk. But the question is, why do I need to?

When @Outlook classifies email from Microsoft (e.g. my Azure billing statement) as junk it does not inspire confidence in their junk mail detection.

@Outlook I checked and there are no settings that would specifically cause mail from e.g. Microsoft or Google or Apple to be marked as junk. Furthermore, I haven't touched my junk mail settings in years. So they must be classified as junk by the junk mail auto detection.

@Outlook Unfortunately that link applies to Office 365, etc. and not to https://t.co/dSpMrgzSKG. I have seen this issue many times in the last year with various emails from Microsoft (XBox, Bing, Azure, etc.). Not sure what else to add ... these were all legitimate emails.

@Outlook Hi. I am using the Windows Mail app connected to an https://t.co/dSpMrgzSKG account. A lot of non-spam email is being categorized as spam, including email from Microsoft. I was just wondering how Outlook is detecting spam if it can't solve it for email sent by Microsoft itself :)
