@TicketmasterCS I've purchased tickets for Tom Jones in Bristol tomorrow, yet to receive my tickets despite being told they've been delivered. Spoke to 3 people at TM, phone and email, been told a resolution could take 21 days and I can't speak to anyone to escalate. Appalling.
