@SkyCricket On top of that, throwing away winning positions repeatedly (Oval 2025, Perth 2025) and the bowling having gone off a cliff (Old Trafford 2025, Brisbane 2025), which is entirely on Key/McCullum’s decisions.

The key points that @SkyCricket have not mentioned is that England have been very poor for 20 months and have only won one Test series in that time. We were asked to sweep some awful performances (SL Oval, NZ Hamilton, Pakistan 2-1) under the carpet because “Ashes”. #engvnz
