A gaggle of @officiallydale fans tried to listen to this on the train. They asked if I could upload it, so here it is. Thanks to the agency lot for letting me publish the clip.
Managed a quick post-match chat with Ian Henderson before he went off to celebrate.
Still absolutely gutted about today but just wanted to thank @DAZN_NationalLg again for the opportunity to be part of it.
Absolutely surreal moment, especially with one of my favourite ex @officiallydale players @RhysBeno91 🤩

Really enjoyable day being back at @officiallydale working for @DAZN_NationalLg Was great to see a few familiar faces! Football can be cruel sometimes, but I have no doubt @officiallydale go on to win the playoffs now
Most people only know me as a footballer
16 years. Leeds. Ipswich. Plymouth. Portsmouth
What they don’t know is what happened after.
When my career ended I lost my identity overnight.
The structure, the purpose, the money — gone.
I had a family to provide for and no idea who I was without football.
Fitness saved me. Not just physically. It gave me back my discipline, my confidence, my sense of self. It made me a better dad and a better man.
Now I work with men in their 40s who are going through their own version of that.
Full-time jobs. Kids at home. Weekends they actually want to enjoy. Life got busy. The body changed. The fire went quiet.
These men don’t need a programme that demands perfection. They need one that actually fits their life.
I don’t ask you to choose between the gym and your life.
We build it into your life.
No extremes. No nonsense.
Just structure, consistency and someone in your corner who actually gets it.
Because I’ve been that man who felt lost.
And I know the way back.
If that sounds like you — follow along.
Or DM me ‘Kickstart’ and let’s talk.
You’ve got more to give. 👊”
Crazy that many people associate living your dream life to the types of famous networks you’re involved with but when you travel to places like Puerto Rico, Dubai, & Monaco these people are also wealthy and under the radar. Flying private jets, buying designer, & driving the flyest cars. Proof that fame isn’t the only route to success and just because you aren’t famous doesn’t mean you’re a nobody. That’s why I associate success to financial freedom instead of being “cool”.
Blacks..we say things like “money won’t unlame a lame” as if being socially popular is the only goal in life.
Whole time it’s a bunch of rich people around the world living their best life and have zero association to hip hop culture. By black culture definition they’d be considered a lame.
Moral of the story… lame or cool, financial freedom is the ultimate goal. Just make sure you have morals too to accompany it.
Build some businesses. Stack your money. Leave the city and its distractions. Buy land, settle outside the noise, and build your family strong.
The city sells you debt and distraction. The land gives you food, freedom, and dominion.
Come out of Babylon. Buy land, even if it’s just one acre.
