My youngest passed his PhD viva today with minor corrections.

I'm happy- teary as I only did a masters and I know how hard that was.

@SkyHelpTeam Well that isn't an issue, the engineer call out is ridiculously expensive for a fault that is clearly on Sky's/Open reach end

@SkyHelpTeam It does give the steps to resolve the issue but then you end up back at square 1 with no issues resolved. It tells me I need an engineer but no ones internet is fixed in the area so still looks like the wider issue is causing problems still
