@DTDCIndia 3-4 months back same thing happened,courier took more then 15 days to reach,they are telling anything above 5kg gets deliver late as seperate vehicle needs to come for the pickup.
isn't it your responsibility to tell this before hand so that we can plan our couriers accordingly?

Almost 1400 athletes from 65 schools across Tamil Nadu competed in the CISCE Regional Athletic Meet (Tamil Nadu and Puducherry) on 31st July and 1st August.
