Nearly 14 years ago, I laid out the foundations of daily rhythm as 4 foundational activities that take place everyday, based on what we do, along with time spent in the fresh air. These 4 foundational anchors can be easily remembered as "Eat, sleep, play, love in the fresh air!"
My mantra for childhood is Eat, Sleep, Play, Love ~ in the Fresh Air.
It works for adults too. When I feel tired, or stressed or wonder what to do, I revert to my mantra of what's most important in daily life.
