一方の親が理由や必要性がないのに、感情論で単独親権や監護権を主張すること、それに代理人が追随することは他方の親にとって恐怖でしかないことをぜひ理解して欲しい。

親同士の不和は親の責任であり、それは親子断絶をしていい理由にはならない。

裁判所には、単独親権や監護権の判断の際には、どちらの親が他方の親と子のためによりよい親子交流を提案できているか、どちらがよりフェアな親子交流を提案できているかも重視して欲しい。

Part 2
R-kun's father understood that the possibility of his own arrest was not zero.
Even so, he made up his mind to go protect the child, believing that saving the child's life came first.
From the moment of rescue, there was a plan in place: to evacuate R-kun to the residence of K-chan's father, a fellow father who had also been battling child abduction.
The destination was K-chan's father's home in Hokkaido.
Meanwhile, K-chan was also a child who had suffered abuse.
K-chan's father was caring for her independently.
In the past, the mother had attempted to abduct K-chan from a nursery school by starting a car, nearly throwing off K-chan's father who tried to stop her.
An order to appear in court had reportedly been issued regarding that incident.
Furthermore, the Child Guidance Center had officially recognized the abuse.
A physician had also issued a diagnostic certificate stating in substance that "the child should not be brought near the mother."
It was reported that K-chan's health deteriorated to the point of vomiting at the mere thought of meeting her mother.
Upon learning of R-kun's father's situation, K-chan's father offered his home as a refuge out of a desire to protect the child.
There was another reason as well.
R-kun and K-chan were both 2 years old.
R-kun had spent almost six months without playmates.
K-chan welcomed him openly, happily expressing her desire to play together.
Upon arrival in Hokkaido, the two quickly became close friends.
R-kun reportedly became completely absorbed in playing the moment he found toys.
Observing this, K-chan's father—knowing the background—was moved to tears.
R-kun's father was scheduled to pick him up in Hokkaido the next day.
Everything was supposed to conclude peacefully.
However, the incident occurred after that.
In K-chan's case, the Family Court had issued a decision designating the mother as the custodian, ignoring the physician's diagnostic certificate and treating all evidence of abuse as non-existent.
Then came July 30.
Police and relevant officials arrived to execute the court order.
Normally, K-chan would have been out at work with her father during that time.
However, the situation was different on this day alone.
Because R-kun was there, K-chan stayed home to play.
When K-chan's father was about to take her in the car, she stated that she wanted to stay and play with R-kun.
Understanding the circumstances and considering the neglectful environment R-kun had been in, K-chan's father judged that being together with another child would be better for R-kun's emotional state.
After K-chan's father left for work, R-kun's grandmother, who was taking care of the home, responded to the authorities.
On the spot, police officers reportedly explained that failure to comply could constitute obstruction of performance of public duties.
R-kun's grandmother strongly protested, stating, "I am taking care of the home in his absence, so please do not take arbitrary actions!"
Afterward, K-chan's father rushed home upon receiving the news.
However, he was too late.
K-chan was taken from the premises.
And R-kun, who had only just been rescued, ended up witnessing the scene of his close playmate being taken away right before his eyes.

⚠️ What I am about to share is a shocking true story I heard from someone.
I am not a party directly involved in this matter.
Therefore, I will deliberately use initials.
Some of you might recognize who this is about, but I will purposely keep the identities concealed.
There are two main child subjects in this story.
This event took place on July 30, 2026.
It involves two 2-year-olds: R-kun and K-chan.
R-kun was born into a wealthy family and raised with deep affection from his father.
However, his mother prioritized her relationship with an extramarital partner. Betraying the father—who was entirely blameless—she took R-kun along with their pet dog and absconded.
R-kun's father searched desperately for them.
He was thoroughly exhausted, driven to tears throughout the process.
He filed a criminal complaint with the police.
However, because the mother received public assistance and entered a shelter, the police practically did not conduct a search.
Even so, R-kun's father did not give up.
For six months, he utilized his own network and searched relentlessly until he finally located R-kun's whereabouts.
Furthermore, he thoroughly verified the child's living and custody conditions for about two weeks.
The facts revealed were overwhelmingly shocking.
The mother had left 2-year-old R-kun alone at home for four days at a time to frequent her partner's residence.
In addition, she worked at a hostess bar, drove home under the influence of alcohol, lied to her husband, deceived the city hall to fraudulently receive public assistance, and used an NPO as a cover while committing child neglect—visiting her child only about twice a week.
The former wife spent every week engaged in affairs with men.
How severely the child was neglected over those six months is unknown to anyone.
The only parent the child could rely on was the mother.
And that mother was not there.
How much anxiety and despair must a 2-year-old child have felt?
When R-kun was finally rescued, he had grown emaciated and barely spoke a word.
Even at the moment of rescue, he reportedly did not say "Mama," nor did he cry.

⚠️今から話すことは、人から聞いた衝撃的な実話です。

私は当事者ではありません。
そのため、あえてイニシャルでお話しします。
誰のことか分かる方もいるかもしれません。
ですが、あえて伏せてお話しします。

この話の主人公は二人。
2026年7月30日の事件。

2歳のRくんと、2歳のKちゃんです。

Rくんは裕福な家庭に生まれ、父親に深く愛されて育っていました。
しかし母親は不倫相手との関係を優先し、何の瑕疵もない父親を裏切り、愛犬とともにRくんを連れ去りました。

R父は必死で探しました。
それこそボロボロになり、涙ながらに。

警察にも刑事告訴しました。
しかし、相手は生活保護を受け、シェルターに入ったため、警察は実質的に探してくれなかったそうです。

それでもR父は諦めませんでした。
半年もの間、自らのネットワークを駆使し、必死に探し続け、ついにRくんの居場所を突き止めます。

さらに約2週間、監護状況まで徹底的に確認しました。
そして判明した事実は、あまりにも衝撃的でした。

母親は4日間も、2歳のRくんを家に置いたまま、不倫相手の家へ通っていたのです。

しかも、キャバクラ勤務で働き、飲酒運転で家に帰っていました
旦那にも嘘をつき市役所を騙し、生活保護を不正受給し
NPO団体を使って隠れ蓑を使い子どもにネグレクトを行い、
週に２回ほどしか子供と会っていませんでした。

元妻は毎週男性との情事に明け暮れていました。

半年の間、本当はどれほど放置されていたのか。
誰にも分かりません。

頼れる親はママしかいない。

そのママがいない。

2歳の子どもが、どれほどの不安と絶望を感じていたのでしょうか。

ようやく保護されたRくんは、やせ細り、ほとんど言葉を発しなくなっていました。
助け出された時でさえ、

「ママ」

とも言わず、
泣きもしなかったそうです。

R父は、自らが逮捕される可能性がゼロではないことも理解していました。

それでも、

「子どもの命を守る方が先だ」

そう覚悟を決めて保護に向かいました。

そして保護した瞬間から、ある計画がありました。
同じように連れ去り被害と闘っていた仲間。
K父の家へ避難させる計画です。

北海道にあるK父の自宅。
そこがRくんの避難先でした。

一方、Kちゃんもまた、虐待を受けていた子どもでした。
K父は単独でKちゃんを監護していました。

過去には母親が保育園からKちゃんを連れ去ろうとし、車を発進させ、止めようとしたK父を振り落とそうとした出来事もあったそうです。

その件では、出頭命令が出ているとのことでした。

さらに、
児童相談所は虐待を認定。

医師も、
「母親に近づけるべきではない」
という趣旨の診断書を出していたそうです。

Kちゃんは、母親に会うだけで吐いてしまうほど体調を崩していたと聞いています。

そんなK父は、R父の事情を知り、
「子どもを守ろう」
という思いから、自宅を避難先として提供しました。

理由はもう一つあります。
RくんとKちゃんは、同じ2歳。
半年もの間ほとんど遊び相手がいなかったRくん。

Kちゃんは、

「一緒に遊びたい！」

と素直に喜んで迎えてくれたそうです。

北海道へ到着すると、二人はすぐに仲良くなりました。
Rくんは、おもちゃを見つけると夢中になって遊び続けたそうです。
その姿を見て、K父は事情を知っていたので涙が出そうになったと聞きました。

翌日にはR父が北海道へ迎えに来る予定。
すべてが平和に終わるはずでした。

しかし、その後に事件は起こります。
実はKちゃんについては、家庭裁判所が母親を監護者とする判断を出していました。
医師の診断書無視、全ての虐待証拠を無かったことにして。

そして7月30日。
警察や関係者が執行のために訪れました。

普段ならKちゃんはK父と仕事へ出掛けている時間。
しかし、この日だけは事情が違いました。

Rくんがいたため、Kちゃんは家に残って遊んでいたのです。
K父はKちゃんを連れて行こうと車に乗せようとしたら、Rくんと遊んでいたいと言ったのだ。

事情を知るK父はRくんの放置されていた環境を考え、子どもと一緒の方が精神的にも良いだろうと判断したのだ。
K父が仕事で外出した後、留守を預かっていたR祖母が対応しました。

その場で警察官から、
「従わなければ公務執行妨害になる」
という趣旨の説明を受けたそうです。

R祖母は、
「私は留守を預かっているので勝手なことはしないでいただきたい！！」
と強く抗議しました。

その後、連絡を聞いたK父は急いで帰宅しました。

しかし間に合いませんでした。

Kちゃんは、その場から連れて行かれました。

そして、ようやく救い出されたばかりのRくんは、
仲良く遊んでいた友達が目の前でいなくなる光景を見ることになったそうです。

私は当事者ではありません。
だから、ここまでしか今は書けません。
