@nahdihope A bit late - my order was missing a medicine. I reached out thru WhatsApp and received later on a SMS that my complaint was addressed. I really don’t understand how? Still did not receive the med.
@nahdihope extremely disappointed with your delivery and customer services. You would expect special care when ordering medicines, but on the contrary my order and complaint later on were treated with negligence.

@VodafoneDestek So, I tried the next day from your shop in Bagdat street - I could not get it because they had eSIM for new lines, not for an existing one (which does not make any sense).
@VodafoneDestek I’ve Been trying to get a eSIM cards for the past 2 days. First, I tried at the airport when I arrived to Istanbul - I could not get it as apparently the system does not work late night (only after 9am).

@VodafoneTR my Turkish line was suddenly suspended and I’ve been trying to reach you to solve this matter but could not find a customer service number to reach out.
@MS_Turkiye I’m extremely disappointed. I purchased online a gift for my mom. The order arrived late, and to add pain to an injury, order was missing 3/5. At least, you’sh have communicated that the goods are out of stock. Bravo, you made our mother day celebration unforgettable.
