Mahjabeen Baloch, a 24-year-old student at the University of Balochistan, has been missing for 103 days.
On May 29, 2025, at around 3:00 AM, she was forcibly disappeared from her hostel in Quetta. Despite being a polio survivor, she was abducted by state personnel without any legal warrant and has not been produced in any court, as confirmed by the Voice for Baloch Missing Persons (VBMP).

Her disappearance is part of a disturbing pattern in which Baloch women are increasingly targeted with the same brutal tactics once inflicted mainly on men and children.

Today, our hearts are shattered with the news of my cousin’s (Asif Baloch) tragic passing away in a road accident. He was the sole breadwinner of his family, leaving behind a void that can never be filled. It's devastating to think of the countless dreams, hopes, and aspirations that have been silenced in an instant.

As a Baloch, I'm reminded of the harsh reality that we, as a nation, face on a daily basis. Road accidents and target killings have become an unfortunate norm, claiming innocent lives and leaving families shattered. It's a grim reminder of the ongoing genocide that we're fighting against.

How do parents raise their children, nurture them, and educate them, only to have their world torn apart in a split second? The pain, the grief, and the loss are indescribable. Our family is left to pick up the pieces of their shattered lives, struggling to come to terms with the sudden losses of their loved ones.

The blood-shed road engulfs you, a haunting reminder of the lives lost and the families shattered. The screams of the innocent still echo, a chilling testament to the brutality that has become all too common.

صرف ایک دن میں بلوچستان سے نو جبری لاپتہ افراد کے کیسز رپورٹ ہوئے ہیں، جن میں نمرہ کرد نامی ایک عورت بھی شامل ہے۔ یہ اعداد و شمار اس سنگین حقیقت کو ظاہر کرتے ہیں کہ جبری گمشدگیاں اب بلوچ معاشرے کے ہر طبقے کو نشانہ بنا رہی ہیں۔

ایک طرف حکومت اپنی ہٹ دھرمی پر قائم رہتے ہوئے جبری گمشدگیوں کے وجود ہی کو رد کرتی ہے، دوسری طرف انہی کیسز میں شدت کے ساتھ اضافہ جاری ہے۔

ریاستی پالیسیاں بلوچستان کے لئے انصاف یا ترقی نہیں لائیں۔ یہاں کی کہانی صرف جبر، ناانصافی اور جبری گمشدگیوں کی ہے۔
