The EFF’s letter of demand to the President following his recent announcement placing Senzo Mchunu on leave of absence.

Fighters state amongst other things that:

1. The President can only hire & fire Ministers & not put them on leave.

2. The Appointment of an Acting Minister isn’t in accordance with the law

If the President doesn’t reverse this, they’ll be in urgent court soon.
