I get the whole “we have to enforce the rules because if we let one person slip by then anyone can” idea but letting guests charge their phones is seen as like universally good for business! They’ll stay longer and that means they’ll usually buy more things at the park
I am begging Japanese twitter users to start interrogating their own rules about this. The people are on here defending a billion dollar company like this person stole all their money when the company lost maybe 10¢. Why do you treat companies like gods???
You mean to tell me, some of y’all really believe the same government officials with known ties to Jeffrey Epstein type activities, are creating laws for social media to protect children? You really believe that?
we should ban teenagers from ALL media. and then on their 16th birthday they are brought to a theatre to be shown a movie of a train coming directly at them to see if they react and flee in horror like they did in 1896
Quite a coincidence that every country in the western world is simultaneously proposing similar censorship agendas over the internet at exactly the same time
I love this take. Him being gay or not gay doesn't matter to what his arc is about. He could be either or bi or whatever and that's totally okay. His whole arc is him becoming comfortable with his fem side and not letting anyone or himself tell him otherwise
america is great because we live near data centers that are poisoning the water and causing health problems with their noise, nothing is affordable, minorities can't coexist with the population, and you aren't allowed to cope by partaking in hobbies or taking antidepressants
He literally was like “This is our only option” meanwhile they had all the technology to help with the climate and he just refused to use it for that purpose. And was willing to kill everyone on the planet except for like 200,000 people who would be sent into fucking space
Of all fucking media the one I think that goes this right is fucking PROMARE. Like yeah it’s a shapes and colors movie but it’s main villain is a billionaire that would rather evacuate a small portion of the world population into SPACE which only SPEEDS UP THE CLIMATE CRISIS
I’m constantly astonished that billionaires would rather ignore the climate crisis and prepare to live in a bunker with dvds and baked beans than devote a modicum of their bottomless wealth to saving the planet where we have fresh fruit and soft grass and blue skies.
This is why I tell kids in epidemiology or biostatistics programs that public health is still a lucrative career.
I’m an epidemiologist and I have former classmates getting calls for travel jobs to deal with this. Science is real no matter how the media portrays it.
