Update 2: After several instances of trial and error, it turns out expediting the mail is the cause of the mailman getting stuck. I still can't get "plant a lily" or "plant a snapdragon" to finish though. #TS4 #TheSims4

Update: After deleting cache files and moving the file associated with the last event's rewards I'm getting the tasks again but it won't finish the tasks for planting the lily and snapdragon and the mailman is stuck waving at the mailbox preventing me from getting the letter #TS4

Is anyone else having problems with the event? I did one task and then it stopped working. So I started a new save, but now it's been over a week in-game and Grim hasn't started the tasks again which means I can't progress. And before anyone asks I don't have mods #TS4 #TheSims4

@TheSpookySimmer My friends and I made grown-up versions of ourselves in Sims 2. We gave mine a pet bird only for the game to glitch while she was watching the bird. The other sims were fine, but mine starved to death because she would cancel all of her actions just to watch that bird
