It has been 5 hours now trying to get my @coinbase account unrestricted. 5 hours of my life sending many screenshots, photos, documents, 2 times video call verifcation, 2 times bank transfer identification and my account is still restricted to withdrawals. why put money there?

@QFA_EN @FIFAWorldCup @dohanews @QNAEnglish The company @viagogo @viagogo_corp is selling world cup tickets but is unable to deliver them with the Ticket Application Number after now 83 hours. I will not be able to enter the country due to the Hayya Approval Process in time.

However since it took so long I had to cancel my flight, accomodation and overall World Cup plans. Never ever will I book with the @viagogo_corp criminals again.

I'd like to at least have an explanation why you are selling tickets you are unable to deliver but your customer support is not even able to do that.

Bought World Cup Tickets with @viagogo and have not received them after 3 days. Called hotline around 10 times but they are just delaying & won't have my ticket application number in time. What a horrible customer experience. Refund was also denied.@viagogo_corp @Victim_viagogo

@mtkmhd3 @FMStory @viagogo Thats the issue, they have not sent me a digital ticket or a Ticket Application Number. Customer Support is aware but just keeps stalling. You can refrain from posting when you have no idea what is going on.

@mtkmhd3 @FMStory @viagogo It is NOT clear. @viagogo is a normal company and they were offering tickets legally. The mistake seems to be to trust @viagogo in any way or form since they are not able to deliver or even just give an honest answer that they can't deliver.

Sorry fürs Ansticheln am Anfang, ich habe öfter gemerkt wenn man direkt mit seriösen Fakten und Gegenargumenten kommt wird man meist ignoriert. So kommt man wenigstens ins Gespräch und man kann dann netter werden.
