I love @sharge_official products and have had a few, but the recent order has been lost by the courier. I have emailed 3 times now in the past week and a half, and there has been no response. Pretty poor experience. #poorcustomerservice
Bought a Bambu Lab P1S, and it arrived DOA. @BambuLabSupport is horrendous—chat agents have no control, tickets take days, and now they expect me to return it, wait 3 weeks for inspection, and only then get a replacement. Unacceptable. @BambulabGlobal
