Đây là thông báo về việc Thay đổi yêu cầu Ký quỹ (Performance Bond Requirements), cụ thể là TĂNG mức ký quỹ đối với nhóm Kim loại quý. Dưới đây là phân tích chi tiết ý nghĩa và tác động của nó tới túi tiền của trader:

1. Thông tin cốt lõi từ văn bản
• Đối tượng bị tác động: Hợp đồng tương lai của Vàng (Gold - GC), Bạc (Silver - SI), Bạch kim (Platinum - PL) và Palladium (PA).
• Hành động: INCREASE (Tăng) mức ký quỹ duy trì (Maintenance Margin) và ký quỹ ban đầu.
• Vàng (Gold): Ký quỹ duy trì tăng từ 22.000 USD lên 24.000 USD cho một hợp đồng. (Tăng khoảng 9%).
• Bạc (Silver): Ký quỹ duy trì tăng từ 25.000 USD lên 27.500 USD. (Tăng 10%).
• Thời điểm áp dụng: Sau giờ đóng cửa phiên giao dịch ngày Thứ Tư, 31/12/2025.

2. Ý nghĩa: Tại sao CME lại làm vậy?
Trong tài chính, hành động này gọi là "Margin Hike".

• Dự báo biến động mạnh: CME thường tăng ký quỹ khi họ nhận thấy thị trường đang có (hoặc sắp có) biến động giá cực mạnh (Volatility). Họ buộc trader phải nạp nhiều tiền hơn để đảm bảo khả năng thanh toán, tránh rủi ro vỡ nợ cho sàn.

• Thời điểm nhạy cảm: Thông báo này áp dụng ngay thời điểm kết thúc năm (31/12/2025). Đây là lúc thanh khoản thị trường rất mỏng (các ngân hàng lớn nghỉ lễ). Việc tăng ký quỹ vào lúc này cho thấy CME đang rất thận trọng phòng ngừa rủi ro "Flash Crash" (giá sập bất ngờ) trong kỳ nghỉ lễ.

3. Tác động tới thị trường (Hàng hóa & Forex)

A. Đối với Hàng hóa (Vàng, Bạc) - Xu hướng Ngắn hạn: GIẢM (Bearish)
Việc tăng ký quỹ thường gây áp lực bán tháo trong ngắn hạn vì 2 lý do:

1. Thanh lý vị thế (Force Liquidation): Những trader nhỏ lẻ hoặc các quỹ đang dùng đòn bẩy quá cao (full margin) sẽ không đủ tiền nạp thêm để đáp ứng mức ký quỹ mới (tăng thêm 2.000 - 2.500 USD/lot). Họ buộc phải đóng lệnh (Bán) để thoát khỏi thị trường. Lực bán này đẩy giá giảm.

2. Chi phí vốn đắt đỏ: Việc yêu cầu vốn lớn hơn khiến việc mở lệnh Mua (Long) mới trở nên đắt đỏ hơn, làm giảm lực mua.

B. Đối với Forex (Các cặp tiền tệ)
• Đồng USD (Bullish - Tăng): Khi Vàng/Bạc bị bán tháo (quy ra tiền mặt), nhu cầu nắm giữ tiền mặt (USD) tăng lên. Ngoài ra, Vàng giảm thường hỗ trợ USD tăng sức mạnh.

• Các đồng tiền hàng hóa (AUD, NZD, CAD) - GIẢM: Đồng Đô la Úc (AUD) có tương quan rất chặt với giá Vàng. Nếu Vàng sập do tin tăng margin này, cặp AUDUSD có khả năng giảm mạnh theo.

• Cặp XAUUSD: Sẽ chịu tác động trực tiếp nhất. Bạn có thể thấy Spread giãn rộng và giá giật mạnh (Gap giá) khi thị trường mở cửa trở lại sau kỳ nghỉ lễ năm mới 2026.

Tóm lại: Đây là tin Tiêu cực ngắn hạn cho giá Vàng/Bạc và là tin Cảnh báo rủi ro cho tài khoản. Bạn nên cân nhắc giảm volume hoặc tạm dừng Bot qua giai đoạn giao thừa này.

Following STBL’s TGE, we set ambitious goals that reflected our belief in the architecture we were building and the long-term opportunity ahead.

From the outset, our intention has been to build STBL and USST to institutional standards - operating at the intersection of RWAs, stablecoins, and regulatory alignment. That path requires deeper rigor, tighter coordination, and time.

Today, we want to walk through the key topics - sharing context, progress, and how we move forward from here with clarity and confidence.

USST Minting & Scale

We set an ambitious target for USST minting. To scale responsibly, we completed smart contract audits, stress-tested the automated dynamic peg, finalized collateral risk frameworks, and aligned with regulated counterparties.
Minting was paced by design. Stability, credibility, and institutional readiness come first.
The result: production-grade infrastructure built to scale - not short-term experiments.

Where We Are Today
The USST smart contracts are fully built and have successfully completed an independent audit by Cyfrin. The automated, dynamic peg mechanism is audited and is undergoing final tests.

With this foundation in place, we will begin scaling USST minting gradually and responsibly, with:

- Expanded collateral integrations
- Transparent on-chain reporting as scaling progresses

ESS Partnerships

Several ESS partnerships are already in advanced stages. However, institutional partnerships require legal, regulatory, and operational completion before they can be announced.
Some ESS announcements are expected in early 2026, subject to completion of these formalities. We will not pre-announce partnerships until agreements are fully signed.

Tokenomics

Transparency remains a core principle. To protect long-term value, there will be no $STBL token unlocks in December or throughout Q1 2026. A detailed update on $STBL tokenomics will be shared soon.

$STBL Buybacks

Buybacks were evaluated & initiated as a support mechanism for the governance token. Given prevailing market conditions, it became clear that continuing buybacks would not create durable value.

We made the conscious decision to reallocate resources toward building core infrastructure that strengthens the protocol and benefits token holders over the long term. Buybacks may be revisited when market conditions and impact justify it.

Centralized Exchange listings

STBL signed several T1/T2 spot venues in H2’25. Some of them are live as summarized on CMC while other listings are still pending. We want to ensure we’re managing inventory in the best interest of the community, and given current market conditions, saturating the market with tokens (as required by several exchanges and market makers) will be reductive. We will bring these listings online in H1’26.

STBL was never designed to be a fast-cycle speculative project. It is being built as institutional grade stablecoin and MaaS infrastructure.
