@PdxBootMud Orlando said on the call something about "counting more votes" as the reason for the delay. Didn't the voting end yesterday? Were they counting paper votes? Online and phone voting should tally instantly! Really makes you wonder what it is they are trying to negotiate.
@a135r542 @merlinscapital Yeah, I read that also. My guess is that if they do pony up the cash for the extension it will probably be returned to the investors when the SEC crushes the merger. Unfortunately this will just eat up time and the bearish option premiums.
