@IsraelHands8 @AJSendall @GSpellchecker Err, yes there is… The police can arrest and detain anyone who is committing, or they have reasonable cause to believe is about to commit, a breach of the peace. A police officer’s power to arrest for a breach of the peace, whether imminent or actual, is at common law, not PACE.

I have my own feelings re certain pundits BBC have employed but tbf Mark has always punched above the usual club football commentator std 👍🏼

@msth_19 That’s very unlike Mark tbh, I always felt very inferior next to his commentary skills and ability to summarise a half of football with no notes. I hate they charge for comms and won’t pay - having volunteered for 5 years it doesn’t sit right with me it should be free
