On Feb 1st we were stranded in FLL Airport we were told the flight would be delayed over 12 hours and no one at the gate or waiting in a 2 hour long line for the ticket agent was not able to help in anyway .I have written several emails with no response AA

This is part 2 our flightAA 2896 was delayed by maintenance and not the weather and no one from AA cared we not offered food or a hotel or compensation for this horrible experience
