@mboyle1959@danny_ruderock Always good to know that what we’ve been doing for 30+ years is now being recognized as the right way to train. It just being rebranded.
Sometimes I get lost in the nomenclature though 🤷🏻♂️
I was sad because I didn’t wear different socks for #DownSyndromeAwareness day March 21. But then I remembered I could wear different shoes for my friends Bill Hurley @DinosMBB and Chris Sutter @sutter_brett Amazing people!❤️ Did anyone notice?🤷🏻♂️
Kipper tales, w Jamie McLennan:
“I was the goalie coach and we were having a tough stretch, so we’re having a pretty serious meeting with all the coaches and even (GM) Darryl (Sutter) came down.
“There’s a knock on the door, it’s Kipper, and he said, ‘I need to talk to my goalie coach.’
“He takes me into (trainer) Rich Hesketh’s office, and the shades are pulled and I think he’s going to talk to me about something serious.
“Instead, he’s on Rich’s computer and he shows me videos of a guy getting hit in the nuts, and a guy wiping out on a dirt bike like they show on America’s Funniest.
“He’s dying laughing, and I’m like, ‘You pulled me out for this?’”

@air_canada1 Go to Pitt. With Syd Crosby aging who knows when you’ll get a chance to see a player that’s evolved the game again.
Cale will be around for a several years to come … just my thoughts
@mboyle1959 @gargacaserta So if something like squats and/or deadlifts are causing a problem shouldn’t they both be examined to see if they are appropriate on an individual athlete basis? Maybe you’re both right. It seems to me that it’s dependant training history, training age and tissue resilience
