Bike riding thru Kyoto Japan for 8 hours with Sarah & Alex - it was a real backside breaker. Passed by a Geisha on the way and had a fantastic day.

Went to the Osaka Baseball match between the Tigers and the Swallows! Tradition has it for the Tigers that at the top of 7th innings everyone blows up a balloon and lets it go! Lots of singing, trumpets, drums and chanting - it was a lot of fun !

These are the pancakes you must have when in Tokyo! The custard-grapefruit one was sensational ! To get a seat at this cafe’ you have to get to line up at 7-30am to make a booking for day ahead- we managed to book for 10am and it was worth it.
