I’m completely confused. I received a call from an African guy about my refund talking about downloading an app to process my refund?!

@KarenMillen you have the slowest refund process on earth. It’s clearly a ploy to hold onto customers money and earn interest on it. It can’t possibly take more than 2 weeks to issue a refund after you have received the returned items!!!

@HighwaysSWEST I’ve already done this and they told me to contact National Grid. I contacted them and they said not us, contact Wales and West utilities. They said not us, contact Highways! Nobody is doing any work!!! It’s clear to see and has been that way for weeks

@gridcustomersuk the Longford roundabout in Gloucester has had one lane blocked for weeks now causing traffic to queue every morning. You haven’t been working there for weeks so why is it still blocked?

@HighwaysSWEST Just for fun they have unblocked that lane and blocked the left hand lane instead. Still no work being carried out so I can only presume they are doing this just to annoy everyone
