Researching the business online, looking for clues of what they think is important in the job advert, preparing questions based on parts of the job you are really interested in.
@Jacob_Rees_Mogg You should take a good look at yourself. Immediately assuming a respected conscientious public servant is biased shows how twisted your view of the world is. Just because you frequent a world of self serving individuals you should look up to those with higher morals not down.

@EmilyyNics If you find synchronised leg and arm movements, and positioning your left hand in space consistently , and doing these things without looking while thinking of where to go and steering with your right hand , easy to perform then choose manual. If not go with automatic.

@KWilmut @uk_dcd From a field worker perspective the biggest change (challenge?) from adult perspective is the growth of importance of executive function difficulties. Avoidance and tactics reduce the impact of coordination issues for most. Also may be due to the common overlap of ND profiles.
