@susangbarber When I give them a list of memoirs to choose from, their assignment is to pick one person to read the book with and keep a shared journal through a Google doc, documenting their experience reading their reading experience and answering some prompts.

@DerekBry I'm worried about how students will adjust, especially since we're not going back to the good schedule we had in September. This is going to be more intense, and that worries me. But being called at least once a week with another positive case worries me too.

@DerekBry Our district had already decided to return to remote before the announcement was made. There is no good answer, but our quarantine list was over 100, which means all of those students were not getting the same instruction as everyone else was. This at least evens things out.
