@SufcBran I hope this is more a sign that Wilder rates the kids like Peck, Seriki, Marsh, Oné. I'd be happy to miss out on promotion just so we can build on that young core.
@benballcv There is no news. Someone on X is making it up (shocker).
Leeds made a derisory bid, it was rejected, he played last night, and Leeds are apparently not going to meet the valuation we set. Wilder even addressed it in his interview.
@SheffieldUnited Interesting that it's Davies over Grbic. Not even gambling on him anymore.
Another great opportunity for some youngsters, and a chance for Brewster to get that goal!
@GriftersUnited@HalTheBlade Tbf he was exposed in the PL last season, but not in a good way. Tidy ball-playing defender, but not good enough at that level.
@bdtbl_andy I'm okay with letting him go for good money. Not convinced he'd want to stay if we missed out on promotion (which is more than likely) and we'll get more for him now. Also don't think he's good enough for the PL, so would rather re-invest.
@daviessteven44 @oldsufctweets I'm nearly 40 so don't remember where the club was back in the 80s, but those years in League One were diabolical. We could have gone in free-fall down to L2 or even NL.
PA deserves credit for where we are now.
@AllThingsBlades I'm 38 so it's hard to choose between Bassett (who I barely remember), Warnock (who was manager during the years that I started properly getting into football), and Wilder (who led us out of the wilderness that I'd seen us stuck in).
I'm going with Wilder.
@AllThingsBlades I'm torn. Should we get him out on loan, or keep him in the first team as we're a bit light in CM options. He looks ready for the Championship for sure.
@GironaExpat Yeah I know, my point was Trusty has the pace of a LB and the height of a CB. Making him ideal to play in the centre alongside a less mobile CB like Souttar.
