I never for a minute bought the official count of ATACMS quasi-ballistic missiles.
The Pentagon regularly fails accounting. I think this is cover for strategic depth. The US is at a disadvantage because of openness so some level of fake corruption is necessary for its security.
Furthermore, there are nuclear variants of the ATACMS missiles, making them extremely dangerous and versatile weapons. The US had them well before Russia created the equivalent type of missile (Iskander).
ATACMS is among my favorite systems, it was designed at a time when the US was 80+% White, at the height of its excellence. For over a decade, there was nothing like it in the entire world.
These are extremely difficult to shoot down, as far as I know only Russia has managed to do this in Syria and near Ukraine. In turn, an ATACMS missile launched by Ukraine managed to destroy a Russian S-400 system that was meant to shoot them down.
The PrSM missile that was chosen to replace the ATACMS trades maneuverability for terminal speed. In my opinion it's a poor trade, but Iranian air defense is unlikely to be effective against either missile. As such PrSM is more dangerous due to its extended range, covering far more of Iran's territory from countries like Kuwait, UAE and Bahrain.
Did you know that Saudi Arabia, the US, and the UAE offered Yemen a deal: lifting the blockade, recognizing the legitimacy of the Sana'a government, paying all reconstruction compensation, a complete withdrawal from Yemen, and paying employee salaries, in exchange for Yemen ceasing its support for Gaza?
Yes, but Yemen rejected all these offers and chose to stand with Gaza despite the dire economic conditions, the blockade, poverty, and suffering. We chose to stand with Gaza.
Today, Saudi Arabia announces the formation of an international coalition against Yemen and rejects all peaceful solutions to lift the blockade on Yemen, not because we pose a threat to it, but because it is implementing American and Israeli directives in retaliation for our noble humanitarian stance.
But despite all this, we will not surrender, and we will not abandon Gaza, Lebanon, Iran, and Iraq. As for our legitimate rights, we will seize them unconditionally, and no power in the world can take away our dignity, freedom, and humanity.
We hold fast to God and the justice of our cause, and we are confident in God's victory, while Saudi Arabia clings to America and Israel. Therefore, we will triumph, and Saudi Arabia, America, Israel, and all their allies will be defeated.

The most useful political statement I have ever read was this simple quote from Chairman Mao: "Political power grows out of the barrel of a gun".
Everything else is just a series of fantasies and illusions that people sell themselves so they can sleep well at night. Whatever style of government you pretend to have, it is always underwritten by men with guns, and its stability always ultimately comes down to what the men with guns choose to do.
Your "democracy" is a children's fairy tale you tell yourself to make the world more palatable - it is men with guns that enforce and implement decisions, and it is men with guns that will escort you into a police car, a courtroom or a prison if you choose not to obey whatever instruction you have received.
Your "theocracy" is a lie because God has no power to make you do anything without the men with guns making you carry out his will. Mecca and Jerusalem are the 2 allegedly holiest in the world, and they're both filled with men with guns, purportedly carrying out the will of God.
Every type of human society is held together by men with guns. A good society is one where the interests of the men with guns align with those of the people without guns, and a bad society is one where the men with guns live parasitically off the people without guns.
ALL societies are dictatorships of men who control the guns. Some just include a whole lot of extra steps to obfuscate that basic fact. I personally prefer the societies where the men with the guns do not hide their control and their interests align with those who do not have guns.
Growing up is realising that "democracy" is like Santa Claus. It's a story told for 5 year-olds to feel involved in the world's decision making. You didn't put Tinubu, Trump or Macron in power with your "vote" you fucking peasant.
This is precisely the tragic reality that W.E.B. Du Bois painfully discovered during the final stages of his intellectual life. The Black individuals who somehow manage to accumulate personal wealth, corporate power, and elite social status do not . . 1/n
@thefireofOla USA attack a soverigne country unprovoked since last years repeatedely, they started acting Iran for 14 days straight since 2 week ago after signing an MOU few month ago. Omo yoruba do you think an evil empire walk away from their greatest defeat in battle just like that?
Police DO NOT prevent crime; they respond to it. Crime is prevented by higher wages, guaranteed health care, food security, high-quality child care, housing, good schools, and addiction treatment.
Yes, those photos youโve seen are real.
More than 18 years ago, a baby named Lamine Yamal and his mom Sheila met Lionel Messi at a UNICEF fundraising photoshoot.
Today, their achievements on the pitch inspire millions. Off the pitch, both Messi and Lamine Yamal use their voices and platforms as UNICEF Goodwill Ambassadors to support and advocate for children around the world.
The goal? That every child survives, thrives, and fulfils their potential.
We are proud to have them on our team.
