@Fidomobile told me I’d be contacted within 2 business days. I waited almost a full 3 and had to call myself. Now I’m being told I’ll have to wait another 4-5 business days. I’m ready to switch to @TELUS

@Fidomobile I’m really dissatisfied with the service here. I ordered a pre owned iPhone 15 pro max from you guys, it showed up with no phone inside the box. Now I’m waiting two days on an investigation, hoping for the best. Fanstastic!

You take the chance and order a certified pre owned phone. It’s a signature required delivery. You open the box and there you go….your pre owned empty box with a charging cable and e-SIM.. I would be very wary ordering pre owned from @Fidomobile

@scotiabank I’m living in Toronto and recently paid off my car loan that was held through Scotiabank. The customer service and experience throughout this has been so awful and unprofessional that I am at a lost for words.
