Loki was only mischievous up until the point he learned his entire life was a lie, then he became a villain, and then arced to a antihero, but not bc of Odin.

It all worked out great, since it's a story and that's what the story writers wanted. But terrible parenting. And the only way back was to be what Odin considered worthy, or die on Midgard

@wrestlefer34296 @MadsMaximoff Mostly, but only with his sons right before he died. He still murdered half the realms with his daughter, then imprisoned her. Then banished Thor instead of just parenting him. And Loki is a kidnapped child that he was keeping as leverage for frost giant negotiations
