There's enormous, yet untapped, potential in making medieval films set in the late XIVth-XVth centuries.

No blue filters, no unrecognizable dark fabrics in armor. Having read dozens of books on these deep military events, I can say it was a chaotic mix of colors representing factions, lordships, and counts, all with different weapons and armor.

The Hussite Wars trilogy made in the 1950s is one of the best examples of what cinema can offer, showcasing thousands of figures, costumes, colors, horses, armor, weapons, sets, battles, and sieges. These qualities are now almost rare in historical reenactments.

At the time of this trilogy, there was no CGI; it was a pure masterpiece.
