Just redeemed points on a purchase with argos but while processing the payment it came up with an error occurred message.
I then had to click back in the basket but now no discount on purchase and no points available.
Can you help reclaim them?
@jlpower84@BarclaysUKHelp At the time I didn't know that Barclays wouldn't be sending emails out and because of the poor service from the app live chat team, I submitted 2 applications.
So what happens now? Does this cause a error on the system....
@BarclaysUKHelp Yes these 2. Last one was on Tuesday.
I applied on Monday morning and contacted Barclays on live chat as I didn't receive a confirmation email.
They then told me to reapply as the application hadnt been received.
I'm now worried that this has created a issue

How many people that applied on Monday are still waiting to receive funding?
I haven't had a email yet and my last text was on Tuesday.
I know that the text is a indication that you have been approved but I'm still worried that I'm not going to receive anything.

Other banks are sending confirmation emails.
We are all stuck in limbo with no way of checking progress as customer service cant check.

Lloyds sends at a confirmation email after completing the application.
Seems like such a simple thing to do but right now a email of confirmation would put me at ease

Phone customer service on Tues and wed and told the same thing everytime. "Should be with you today" unfortunately we cant escalate your case as we dont have a department that's dealing with this.
