THE DECISION HAS BEEN MADE: I’m told the Cleveland Browns and head coach Todd Monken have informed both players tonight around 10:00 pm est that he has selected Deshaun Watson to be Cleveland Browns starting Quarterback , the 10 year vet will now become QB1 and lead Cleveland into Jacksonville as they start their 2026 campaign.

I will never throw my sources under the bus. However, this is true. I’ve talked to more than a handful of people in the Browns organization. Deshaun is the quarterback that the locker room, coaching staff, and front office supports. Anyone reporting otherwise or “little birdies telling them” is straight up lying.
