An Open Letter to the Prime Minister of Australia, Anthony Albanese
Prime Minister,
My name is Nicholas Miller.
I'm not a politician. I'm not a millionaire. I'm not someone with influence or power.
I'm simply an Australian father trying to keep a roof over my children's heads.
Like thousands of Australians, I've stood in line at rental inspections with dozens, sometimes hundreds, of other people, hoping someone will choose me. I've watched families live in caravans, cars and emergency accommodation while being told that Australia is one of the richest countries on Earth.
I recently put my face to this crisis on Channel 7 News and Yahoo News.
That wasn't easy.
It took courage.
It meant opening my family's struggles to the entire country because someone has to stop pretending this isn't happening.
Today, I'm asking you, not as the Prime Minister, but as a father.
How did we get to a point where an Australian-born father has to compete in an impossible rental market just to give his children somewhere safe to sleep?
Why are ordinary Australians being told to simply "keep applying" when there are barely any affordable homes available?
Why are emergency accommodation services overwhelmed while working Australians are becoming homeless?
Why should a father who works, pays taxes and raises children have to wonder where his family will sleep next?
I know housing is a complex issue.
I know immigration isn't the only cause.
I know decades of underbuilding, planning delays, construction costs and population growth have all contributed.
But none of that changes one simple reality.
Demand has grown faster than housing supply.
Australians are paying the price.
As Prime Minister, what are you doing today, not in five years, to help Australian families who are already drowning?
What do you say to the single parent who has been rejected from fifty rental applications?
What do you say to the child moving from motel to motel?
What do you say to the father trying to explain why they can't go home because there isn't one?
I don't hate migrants.
Australia has always been built by people from around the world.
But I do believe every government has a responsibility to make sure housing supply keeps pace with population growth so Australians and new arrivals alike have somewhere to live.
If that balance has been lost, then Australians deserve an honest explanation.
We deserve honesty.
We deserve accountability.
And we deserve answers.
Prime Minister, many Australians feel forgotten.
We're not asking for luxury.
We're asking for security.
We're asking for somewhere to call home.
We're asking for the chance to raise our children with dignity.
You often say you care about Australians doing it tough.
Please show us.
Not with another press conference.
Not with another promise.
Show us with action.
Build more homes.
Support renters.
Reduce waiting lists.
Ensure emergency accommodation is available for those who need it.
And tell Australians, plainly and honestly, how we're going to get out of this crisis.
Because right now, many of us have lost faith.
This letter isn't written out of hate.
It's written out of desperation.
From one father to another, I'm asking you to remember what it means to protect a family.
Because that's all I'm trying to do.
Please don't ignore us.
We vote.
We work.
We contribute.
We love this country.
And we deserve answers.
Respectfully,
Nicholas Miller
A proud Australian father.
Speaking for every Australian family still searching for somewhere to call home.

People are mocking Pauline Hanson’s speaking style and how she articulates her sentences.
Never forget: Our PM once lifted an entire chunk of a speech straight from The American President, the Michael Douglas movie.
He’s not a serious leader. He’s a joke.
Many people involved in the fight against gender ideology will know @celinevmachine_. She is an amazing Australian woman who took on the eSafety commission for censorship - and won!
Now, she is in a much more personal fight. Her one year old daughter has been diagnosed with Rett Syndrome. A quick Google synopsis explains it as, “a rare genetic neurological disorder that primarily affects females, causing severe physical and intellectual disabilities.”
Celine is a single mum and the primary carer for her little girl. She needs some $$$ help.
If you can, please donate to her GoFundMe (👇) to take away some of the stress & ensure her little girl gets the best help she can 🩷
One Nation Yesterday
Let’s pull the Bandaid on the plane donation.
Gina Rinehart donated a prop plane to One Nation. It wasn’t a cost to tax payers, nor will it ever cost them for maintenance or fuel.
Meanwhile, The federal government confirmed a $450 million purchase of two new Boeing 737 business jets in May 2024, which will have maintenance and fuel costs absorbed by the taxpayer.
Let’s look at the donations side of things.
Labor was given donations totalling $161 million last year. That's the equivalent of a plane every fortnight.
Major Donors were:
Mining and Energy Union ($3.3M),
Pratt Holdings ($2M),
United Workers Union ($1.2M),
and party fundraising arm SA Progressive Business ($1.4M).
Key Corporate and Industry Donors (2025):
Fossil Fuel/Mining: Over $1.06 million came from the fossil fuel industry, including
Adani/Bravus Mining,
Hancock Prospecting,
and INPEX.
Gambling/Alcohol:
Sportsbet,
Tabcorp,
and The Lottery Corporation donated, with Endeavour Group
and Lion contributing.
Property/Services:
Fox Group ($500k),
Australian Capital Equity ($300k),
and the Pharmacy Guild of Australia ($27.5k to WA branch).
Finance/Consulting:
Macquarie Group,
Westpac,
Commonwealth Bank,
and firms KPMG and Deloitte.
Other:
DoorDash ($92.5k)
and Coinbase Australia ($100k to NSW Labor).
So hidden away in there is a donation from Hancock Mining, which is Gina Rinehart. I didn’t hear anybody complain.
Who whined when Pratt Industries donated $2M to Labor?
Who asked about conflict of interest when unions donated millions?
LNP dwarfed Labor. They received gifts of $221 million in 2025. That’s the equivalent of a plane every 10 days. You really have to ask yourself, “What for?”
They were mostly crossing the floor to stand with Labor.
One Nations bills to protect women’s spaces and investigate Covid mismanagement were defeated by a Labor/ LNP coalition.
Labor and LNP are gorging on donations and the public purse.
One Nation is trying to Make Australia Great Again. And the support in the Fire the Liar campaign indicates that it’s going to happen despite the BS thrown at them.
Ils veulent m’envoyer en prison.
En France, il vaut mieux être un migrant agresseur de femmes qu’une identitaire qui aime son pays.

“‘This case is not just about one app or one individual. It is about whether women in Australia still have the right to single-sex spaces based on biological sex… Reality and women’s rights must be properly upheld in law,’ Grover said in a statement.”

STOP! 👮🚫 DO NOT WATCH THIS VIDEO 😡
@PatsKarvelas was right!
We cannot be sharing videos like these and legitimising One Nation any more than it already massively is.
This is immoral.
This is unjust.
This is UNMULTICULTURAL.
Stop it.
Stop watching this.
Stop sharing this.
Do you want One Nation to get elected in 2028?!?!
If you share this video then that nightmare might just come true!
Don't become one of Pauline's Dark Forces.
No. Just, no.

Giggle has applied to have Giggle v Tickle heard in the High Court.
“We have filed for special leave in the High Court… Because the federal court is saying men can be women in law & making women only spaces effectively unisex, we are going to the High Court to challenge that.”
@NadiaWhittomeMP Feels like this didn’t get through to you the first time so I will ask again: but why are men like this more important to you than my daughters, nieces, female friends?
I completely agree that misogyny is unacceptable. The issue is politician’s will complain about misogyny against themselves while championing misogynistic policies that Australian women are expected to accept & we’re saying NO.
Define woman in law before you cry about misogyny.
