@BeatenDownBrian Yeah I had a weird experience watching it as I missed the 1st half at work, so got home, watched it from the beginning, but knowing what the live score was in realtime. π
@TheAnfieldWrap@schfer_g Extraordinarily reading into what somebody else is saying about what the player himself wants. π Basis seems to be a fellow German showing solidarity with Klopp, and nothing more.
Szoboszlai himself has apparently said he wanted '[CL, and a second trophy with RBL]'.
Ergo...
People listing Silent Hill 2 Remake as a bullet point for a potential PlayStation Showcase. πΆ
That reveal trailer was full of red flags. It is not Silent Hill 2.
It's akin to the idea of being excited for David Bowie's Low being re-recorded by The Killers.
Fuck.
@Debakelna@GameOverGreggy Consumers not getting screwed on the machine they DID buy is more important than the 'problem' of having to buy a second dish because you want more cake.
@Debakelna@GameOverGreggy If it helps force first parties into competion, which improves their IP, yes.
If it forces them to provide for the people that already faithfully spent hard earned money on their hardware, yes.
Yes.
@EruRoraito2000@cameron615301@RWebbo25@GameSpot You can't 'pace' his death because it's a suckerpunch. You can't play as Abby for 10hrs and be given her motive before she kills Joel, because you don't have the visceral reaction to his death if you think 'I see her point' as she does it. She must be an antagonist first.
@EruRoraito2000@cameron615301@RWebbo25@GameSpot No because the whole point is that you're supposed to be prejudiced towards her from the beginning, and overcome it.
If the game told a linear story where you understood her reasons straight away, rather than overcoming your bias, it wouldn't be meaningful.
@Bawkbasoup Massively depressed. It is tonally abject and very modern with its melodrama. It's far too nuanced of a game to just be remade in the same fashion the rest have been.
