@PackSendUK That is not my experience. Paid extra to send package to Germany. Arrived damaged, complained, but you just said no. Are you actually insured with anyone .

@DecathlonUK Very disappointed with product bought from Decathlon. My onnight head torch did not even last 2 years. I contacted customer service who said that 2 years and 2 weeks is out of 2 year warranty. Poor quality and poor customer support
