@MazdaUSA one of you licensed dealerships called me up offering 110% of fair market value for my car in trade as a promotion from Mazda USA since I bought a cx-9 fully loaded a few years back. They proceed to offer 84% of FMV. I got screenshots etc for proof as well :(

Was interested in trading my car in for a @Toyota. But car hit by an employee of @ToyotaMotorCorp dealer network (on their lot). Company's offer to make it right? $5000-6000 below the real KBB value. If this is how toyota dealers operate, no thanks.
