@Leahrca1 Better question-how come we don’t recognize that we are always biased to our own learning styles in what we think is best practices that prof probably learns well with long lectures... just like k-12 educators probably love being bombarded with classes 7hrs straight everyday?
#Covid is bad-but isolating into bubbles is what creates hate groups... so wear a mask, be physically a bit further apart but don’t close heart and home to build virus walls... or the fractured society we went into Covid with will be nothing compared to what we come away with!

@DALupton @Sonja_Marzi Why not just politely say no? Why not inquire about her reasoning? Why publicly call it out rather than interpersonally work it out. Social media gives us a platform to find people who are affirming... but that affirmation isn’t always helpful in a world with time zones.
A little reassuring... unless you aren’t an urbanite and are disgusted by your neighbors and wonder why rural landscapes produce morally deficient humans...
