Customer service is beyond deplorable, worthless IF you can get hold of anyone.

@helium I have 20 hotspots and the returns now are not worth my time. I lose money keeping on top of these. It has gone from a great investment, to OK, to neutral, to dismal.

I had open orders for another 30 hotspots. I just cancelled them. This is getting ridiculous.
